Boeing patents an object transfer system to assist you while you carry your hand luggage on aircraft steps

At many airports, you need to climb the stairs carrying your hand luggage while boarding the plane. However, carrying luggage up or down a ladder or stairways can be hazardous.

The patented object transfer system provides an easy and safer way to climb stairs carrying object. The system includes a rail positioned as a handrail on the flight of steps and a trolley assembly can glide of the rail. An object placed on the trolley can be pulled up by hand; for example, by a passenger.
